fix(ui): simplify bookmarklet page and homogenize wording #289

Overview of changes

  • wording: "Whyd + Track" --> "Openwhyd + Track"
  • bookmarklet page: merge content of two tags + fix color and size of button
  • reduce number of permissions required by the chrome extension => bump to v2.22
  • clean up
