Does this build fine without swig and python-dev installed?
If yes this looks good. We should try to handle the swig dependency at some point int time to be able to use recent u-boot.

We still patch out the use of binman, so iiuc python isn't used at all. On 2020.10, 210-sunxi-deactivate-binman.patch no longer applies, but it still builds uboot fine for A64-Olinuxino-eMMC because that does not use binman in this uboot release. As of 2021.01, this changed, and uboot for A64-Olinuxino-eMMC no longer builds due to missing python dependencies.

This is all "iirc", have not looked at this in 2 weeks. I could retest to be sure, and add this info to the commit message next week.

I tried this also on my H5 device and it worked fine.
