I don't think that in this case, we need to copy&paste all the things from dtc changelog as it is single bump as usual and only what we did here is that we removed patch. Also, you are referencing random commits which are not related do dtc update, though.

Those references are added by GH as he did not use code formatting for the changelog, so ignore those.

Yes, they are, but wouldn't it be easier to link just dtc changelog, if it is available and if it is not then do the link for checking the differences between tags?

What do you mean with codeblock? In the commit message?

I did not find any changelog that's why I created it myself.

In the PR description it needs to be enclosed in a code formatting to avoid the mess that GH creates, commit description is fine.
