Environment: OpenWrt-19.07

Description:

nginx-all-module is missing module ngx_http_proxy_connect_module. Assuming pkg nginx-all-module contains all important modules, it is missing proxy connect module (ngx_http_proxy_connect_module) can you please add it to the make file. let me know and I can create a pull request, so the change can be reviewed
