[23.05] pymysql: add meta-package for sha256 support #22668

Replace the PYTHON3_PYMYSQL_SHA_PASSWORD_SUPPORT option, which is causing circular dependencies, with a meta-package that installs both python3-pymysql and python3-cryptography.

Looks like the PKG_RELEASE bump was lost in the cherry pick?

Replace the PYTHON3_PYMYSQL_SHA_PASSWORD_SUPPORT option, which is
causing circular dependencies, with a meta-package that installs both
python3-pymysql and python3-cryptography.

fixed;

note: the version in 23.05 is 1.0.2;
in master it's 1.1.0
