Compile tested: cortexa53, Turris MOX, OpenWrt 18.06.02
Run tested: cortexa53, Turris MOX, OpenWrt 18.06.02

Description:

update Netdata to version 1.12.2 in OpenWrt 18.06. (sync it with OpenWrt master)
It fixes security issues:
CVE-2018-18836
CVE-2018-18837
CVE-2018-18838
CVE-2018-18839
and a few others
New Data Collection modules (Oracle DB, tor, unbound, monit, cups and so on)
New feature: netdata.cloud (network view for all nodes)

Closes: #8260
