When governance alerts for votes are triggered in the current implementation, it only displays the shortened account address. However, in the existing bot-feed for Compound, it will show the governance name, likely pulled from the Compound API.

It would be good to show governance names in our own alerts to match what bot-feed already does. Examples below.

In case the Compound-API is ever down or no name exists for that voter, it would be good to default back to the account address format.
