The deadlock is caught with softdog.

what zfs tree state & kernel version, distribution is this ?

noticed some lines of intel_idle,

could you try with intel_pstate=disable appended to your kernel ?

I remember having seen a few similar lines in the past with lookups/deadlocks on my box,

probably not related, but can't hurt to try ...

This is very likely a duplicate of #2523 which has been fixed.
