An extensible implementation of the core framework components, manifested in a protocol-neutral manner. The framework will be used to enable the Xgress:Transwarp implementation in ziti-fabric. Also implement westworld4 on top of this stack. Resulting implementation in ziti-fabric should allow for swapping between message-oriented tcp implementation (and quic/tls), and the dilithium-native westworld4 implementation.
