Circuit ID should be returned in the response to a Dial request

It would be beneficial for the circuit ID to be returned in a Dial request response so that endpoint/SDK logs could be 1:1 correlated with fabric events, logs, and utilization records.

Either that or add the dial options to the entry stored in the elastic, so we can add a correlation ID and see the forwarded host in the entry. (the target of the original request)
