In feed filter screen, add a simple select with processes the current user has permission on

  • if a process is selected by the user then only the card concerning the selected process are visible
  • if the process is unselected then all processes are visible
  • The filter can be hide via feed.card.hideProcessFilter in web-ui.json

Add in documentation
Add in migration guide informing the filter can be hide
