Describe the bug
An umlaut like "ü" in a description, will be displayed as ü after applying the changes.

This particularly happened when I added the description Würfel to an static DHCP lease, so it became Würfel.

Edit:

Under DHCP Static Mappings for this interface. at services_dhcp.php?if=opt2 it is displayed correctly.
However at under Services: DHCPv4: Leases at status_dhcp_leases.php it is displayed wrong.

OPNsense 19.1.6
