Describe the request
We want to launch a learner skill report feature on the Oppia android app with the aim to increase learner retention. I want to request help with the UX design for this learner skill report.

Context for the request
The learner skill report is a new android feature that will provide learners with a 'report card' that they can show their parents as evidence of their learning and improvement using the Oppia app.
The learner retention research showed that parents sometimes do not give the learners access to their devices due to concerns of them spending too much time playing games. This skill report will serve to assure parents that the time the learner spends on Oppia is indeed productive, as they will see their achievements and milestones.
Beyond the learner showing their parents their report cards, the learner skill report would also serve as motivation for the learner to keep learning on Oppia, as they will earn badges for topic/lesson completion and can clearly see their achievements and improvement journey over time.

Longer term goal for this feature is to increase learner retention.
