Fix #3578: Deleted toolbar.xml (land)

Explanation

Fix #3578

Just deleted the toolbar.xml (land) file. There was no change in the UI after the change. After comparing both the files in text-compare.com, I found that the only difference was android:layout_height and android:minHeight . In the normal file the values were wrap_content and ?attr/actionBarSize respectively. In the land xml file the values were 56dp and 56dp respectively.
