Hi Oppia devs,

Just wanted to let you know that, this year, Oppia is participating in Hacktoberfest! This is an event where contributors will receive a free Hacktoberfest 2022 t-shirt (or the opportunity to have a tree planted in their name) if they submit at least 4 valid PRs to any GitHub-hosted repository in the month of October.
