Github Action to create a .env file with Github Secrets

Usage

The action creates a .env file from a Base64 encoded string in a Github Secret called ENV_FILE.

    - name: Create .env file
      uses: oppielabs/create-envfile@v1
      with:
        ENV_FILE: ${{ secrets.ENV_FILE }}
        FILE_NAME: .env

Optional Keys:

FILE_NAME - Set the name of the output environment file. Defaults to .env
