Email notifications pt. 2

Changes:

1. Schema update for mailingList opt-in/out. Add opt-out for emails on profile page. Make profile form inputs mobile friendly.

2. Email refinements

• Error for when there are no recipients
• Admins receive all emails
• Status submit button indicates that emails are being sent, disables while working, etc.
• Form clears on successful email sent

3. Prettier automatic formatting changes.

Left to do:

• Handle cases when some emails are sent but others throw errors
