typesafety did not work
Implementing nested layouts is a distractions for now. Explicitly importing the layouts to be rendered is easier to understand anyways. Avoids the need for lazy load layouts #168.
To clarify that editorlayout is always used with rootlayout

https://github.com/esbuild-kit/tsx works out of the box. ts-node has too many issues with ESM.

7 hours passed with this nasty problem. Upon giving up the code just runs. Can you believe it? Commit right away, clean up later!
Increasing the typesafety
Aligning the code between different services and increasing the visibility of what is private to that service and what not.
The cors proxy is now part of @inlang/website itself
otherwise, image links are not being resolved outside of github.com
