Need to an alternative docker image for testing faktory with tls #10

We are currently using the acjensen/faktory-tls image from dockerhub, however this image doesn't allow us to specify which faktory version we are testing.

We should either look at an alternative image that allows use to choose the faktory version or we should create our own tls faktory image.
