Optimove still relies on Android support library, this PR moves to the Android Jetpack.
Reason to move.
Android support libraries have reached end of life with version 28 and no new development or bug fix happens in them. Every new development happens in the Jetpack AndroidX. https://developer.android.com/topic/libraries/support-library
Most of the SDKs have moved to or moving to AndroidX and sdk users request for this change to happen CleverTap/clevertap-android-sdk#38
