Daemonset should accept secret for config

The daemonset should require a secret has been created.

This should be like the volume config (Or maybe the same secret) and mounted just on the master.

This will require creating two daemonsets, one which runs on the master (and copies the config secret to distk) and one that runs on the nodes (that doesn't copy the secret)
