Recently, OCI added a new option for the attachment_type of block volumes to instances called paravirtualized.
Right now, only iscsi attachement_type is avaialble. It will be very useful to get this option for the attachment_type in the next release.

Thanks for bringing this up. Achieving feature parity with the services is our next top priority, which includes adding support for paravirtualized volume attachments. I'll will add a note internally to track you request to help prioritize it.

I using in UI "EMULATED" and missing this in Terraform.

Paravirtualized volume support is added in v2.1.6
