Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As an Ops, it is not easy to know bosh release versions on a root deployment using Concourse UI.

Describe the solution you'd like
It could be nice to leverage concourse pinning version feature

Additional context
It may also lead to better performance as it will reduce resource check on bosh release
