Hi @karkaletsis-gnomon , currently we don't have any logging for the leave approvals. But I can suggest you to setup email configurations in Admin -> Configurations -> Email Configurations and then you can add subscriber to get email notifications of Leave Applications, Leave Approvals, Leave Assignments, Leave Cancellations and Leave Rejections in Admin -> Configurations -> Email Subscriptions .
We will keep your request as a feature request and will try to implement in future release.
