In the Summary page, if the content of a column is left-aligned, the header should be too. Numbers should be right-aligned, and the header too.

See screenshots of current appearance.

Closing after latest change addresses Number and Currency fields. We can enter separate issues later if we want to support more control types or make this configurable. (#3245)
