I started a Centos virtual machine in the order. And running the httpd service. So how can I access it locally from the Mac. It seems that the firewall does not allow me to operate.

You can connect to it via localhost (http://localhost), as if it were running on macOS.

Connecting to machines directly by IP isn't supported yet. #89 for updates.
