due to docker hub policy change, automated builds are broken

Describe the bug
New docker hub policies supports automated builds only for not free accounts. Due to that, we don't have automatic
releases of new images.

To Reproduce
Create a branch, pr, or merge on the main: no image will be generated.

Expected behavior
A new images is available in docker hub.

Additional context
Apparently this change has to do with people using the builds to actually do bitcoin mining. Being human sometimes sucks.
