As part of consolidation into a single bibliography at orcmid.github.io/bib/, the two sources must have a merged construction structure before the content materials can be merged in the single folder. That is going to take some careful crafting in FrontPage and deletion of the readings/ one before we can get it all done.

I might be able to merge the content first, and that way when I merge the construction structures, the target files are already present. I will attempt that.

The movement of non-conflicting materials from the Orcmid's Lair readings into the orcmid.github.io/bib/ was a simple drag and drop.  The first part of the transposition is completed when the default pages and the construction-structure scaffoldings are integrated.

The construcction structure still needs to be cleaned up.  I also need to figure out how not to leave too much damage in The Miser Project on GitHub.
