CMake is a cross-platform build tool for C/C++
Moving to CMake allows us to compile fjåge C gateway on various platforms and even target their native library formats (for eg.
.dllon Window).Also solves #236
Unfortunately, CMake is very opinionated about the directory structure so we need change it.
