Also displaying m or ft may make it more readable by humans in the US.

Isoline altitude values are stored as feature names.

An easy and hacky way would be to convert those values to ft before rendering, but it'll produce not round and inconvenient values like 328ft (converted from 100m).

Osmand allows to choose which isolines file to download - in meters or in feet :) not a good UX IMO.

A complex way is to store elevation data in totally different way #4163 to be able to generate isolines of requested density / step (in ft or m) dynamically.

A hacky way with not-round values will be better now than nothing.
