enhance legibility of searched POI's

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I search using the 'display[ed] on map' feature, I find that the found results appear as blue POI's. As it is, they very easily disappear into areas where there are many other POI's. To increase legibility, I have a few notes and suggestions:

Describe the ideal solution

• First note: When I have the 'subway' layer toggled, the Searched POI's also fade out. I would ensure that the searched POI's do not fade out given other map styles or layers.
  

• I would give the searched POI's a unique style or color. As they are, they easily blend into existing POI's such as the Chicago MTA logo. Perhaps a unique shape could help.

• perhaps searching fades out the background in a similar way to the subway layer, but rather keeps the results highlighted.

• I have a lot of bookmarks, perhaps an easier way to quickly show/hide bookmarks such as a layer.

Describe alternatives you have considered
Consider the following apps and their treatment of POI search results. Which ones are easier to read?

To me, only Google maps really shows results in a legible way, followed by Organic Maps. The other two (OSMAnd~ and Magic Earth), are either nearly illegible, or dont even show the results at all!

I am not a programmer, so please let me know if there's anything I've missed. OM is absolutely my favorite maps app to use by far- to see its resurrection after the maps.me debacle is like watching a phoenix rise from ashes.

True, search results are sometimes not easy to distinguish from other POIs.
Would be nice if unrelated POIs could fade out.
