Where are the config files documented #8

Hi - I am relatively new to the Styleguide. Where are the config files documented? Like _navigation.config.json or the various module config files like _PageList.config.json or _PagePromo.config.json? What is the best practice for adding to these config files or making new ones? What are they used for? I looked through these docs, https://www.brightspot.com/documentation/brightspot-cms-developer-guide/latest/styleguide-development-environment, but I don't see this spelled out anywhere. |

Navigation is covered here: https://www.brightspot.com/documentation/brightspot-cms-developer-guide/navigation The contents of individual config.json files are merged into a single config object at build time. So the naming and location of those files is for code orgnaisaitional purposes only. As you'll see described below: There are other entries in the config which you'll find covered thorughout the Confguring a Theme topic. |
