how can I make simultaneous positioning after creating my map in rviz? so how does the rplidar appear to be moving in the rviz?

Create a ROS node that generates simulated sensor data. Publish this simulated data to a ROS topic. Configure RViz to subscribe to this topic to visualize the movement of the RPLIDAR.
