Can't get my application to GitHub Education for teachers approved

Hi everyone,

I can't get my application to GitHub Education for teachers approved.

I send photo of me holding my University Id, which has university name, my full name, my position, my faculty, stamp of HR department. all info is in local language, because the university does not provide us with ids in english.
i get this error message: "The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation."

1. The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. It contains, at the very top of the Id.
2. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. There are no logo neither on nor in my university Id. about university name, see (1)
3. You may include multiple documents together. No, I can't. I tried to upload both my Id and certificate from HR department that I am a teacher at my university, but i can upload only one picture at a time. and i guess you won't read it as well, because it's not english as well
4. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation. How on earth would i do that?

Anyway, can a human take a look at my application? i'll provide all documents i have and write a translation for them.
because your bot, obviously, can't process a Ukrainian document.
