I'm trying to make my portfolio responsive on desktop and mobile, but my index.css files don't show any changes on github pages when I push the changes. On github, it has my saved changes:
But when I view my portfolio link via developer tools, it shows the outdated state and doesn't look the same as it does on github:
Can anyone please help me with this and let me know what I'm doing wrong on both my desktop and mobile versions? Somehow all the other pages work but it's just the landing page. I have been dealing with this for like 2 months and exhausted all my resources lol I am at a loss. Here's the link to my repo and my portfolio site:
