Weird display when editing a category

Hi,

I wanted to edit categories in the discussions tab, so I clicked on the " edit button", and that displayed a mini-GitHub page inside the GitHub page. (see the picture)

The problem is, if I update the page (example with F5), the screen looks normal :

I think it's a little weird,
Is-it normal ?
