VS Code Terminal, right click CoPilot: Explain This

I just noticed that I can highlight text in the VS code terminal and right click and there is an option,
CoPilot:Explain This
However when I click this nothing happens.

1. What is it meant to do?
2. What am I doing wrong for it not to do the thing it should do?

When you click Explain This GitHub Copilot extension should open and explain the selected code. Example below, GitHub Copilot explaining this line - console.log('Test!'):

If it doesn't work for you, try these steps and test the functionality after each one in order to fix it:

• make sure you have an internet connection
• make sure you have an active subscription: check on your GitHub profile
• make sure you are signed (connected) to the GitHub Copilot
• enable GitHub Copilot extension if disabled, otherwise disable then enable and restart your IDE: Command ⌘ + Shift ⇧ + X => GitHub Copilot => ⚙️ => Disable => Enable
• check if GitHub Copilot is up to date
• update your IDE.

All of those things are good, I am signed in, it is working in a text editor window as expected. I have an internet connection. I have an active subscription. I am signed in. It is enabled.
I am running v1.132.0 codePilot and v1.83.1 VS Code

nope, just wondering but is the feature related to copilot chat? because i don't have that activated.

Same here. Everything seems to work well on my Windows partition but on recently (fresh) installed Manjaro Linux (Plasma desktop)
