We're seeing this on the @elementary org, with the $100 one-time sponsorship tier. Attempting to retire it shows a confirmation message, then loads the sponsors dashboard again with the tier still enabled. |

I was able to delete a tier today, so this issue appears to be fixed. The "Send Test Email" button still doesn't work, however. |

I have set up Github Sponsors on my profile and completed all steps except for submitting my profile for approval.
I initially set up 3 monthly sponsor tiers, but decided to move one of the monthly tiers to a one-time tier. I created a one-time tier, and went to retire the monthly tier. I click the Retire button, the "Are you sure" notice pops up, I click OK, and I am redirected back to my tiers page with the message "You've updated a tier", but the tier remains, with description intact. All tiers are published, not drafts.
I have tried this in Chrome v97 and Firefox v95 on Windows 10 x64, as well as Chrome on my iPhone, all with the same results. There are no errors in the browser console and I have my adblocker disabled.
This may or may not be related, but the "Send Test Email" button when editing a tier also takes me back to the tiers page with the "You've updated a tier" message, and no email is sent.
Could this all be due to the fact that my profile isn't live yet? I'm hesitant to submit it for approval with a tier that I don't want available and can't delete.
