Error When ghp-import -n -p -f

The HTML file has been successfully generated, but when attempting to use the ghp-import module the following error occurs.

FWIW I use ghp-import often to publish EBP projects (albeit never on windows). I suspect in this particular case there is something wrong with your environment specifically. The first thing I'd check is that the _build/html directory does indeed exist (it's not uncommon for it to be removed when cleaning up untracked files with git clean -xdf for instance).
