Is there any way to express an entire entry in pnpm-workspace.yaml package globs as a package dependency for script order?

I have a package/module that manages publishing everything else in the workspace (though only some packages get published, the ones under a specific directory) but listing every package as a dependency is going to get both cumbersome and add a bunch more static package name strings that will have to be updated when some of our other teams use our setup as a template.

So I'm trying to figure out what the best way is to get our publish scripts to run after their dependent packages build scripts without adding a bunch of complexity.
