Cryptpad/Etherpad consistency

The current suggestions regarding pastebin does not make sense

1. Cryptpad is not really a pastebin service, it's a pad. Why is it recommended as a pastebin?
2. Etherpad does the same job as cryptpad (without encryption), yet it is recommended along with cryptpad in productivity but not as a pastebin?
3. If we do remove cryptpad from the pastebin area, we are essentially only recommending 1 tool... should we just merge the 2 pages together and do a cleanup later?
