Remove Disclaimer about privacy policy for SearXNG #282

I think that disclaimer is confusing. You don't tell it for DDG and SP (yes you do at the beginning of the article) and while Searx is the closest privacy-engine we have, it doesn't seem to be when you read the topic. |

I'm not sure I understand the issue here. I just read through the search engine page and all seems fine? SearXNG is just software, whereas the other listings are services, so to me it makes sense to have separate disclaimers. |

I disagree what we're saying is SearXNG instances may not even have a privacy policy, adhere to it, or could sell your data, they could do anything they like in production. The recommendation is for the software itself not a specific instance, which is why there is no privacy policy button. |
