Remove Disclaimer about privacy policy for SearXNG

I think that disclaimer is confusing. You don't tell it for DDG and SP (yes you do at the beginning of the article) and while Searx is the closest privacy-engine we have, it doesn't seem to be when you read the topic.
You have a disclaimer at the beginning of the page, and you mention it again for SearXNG. Meaning that if I'm a standard user, I should be more careful with SearXNG because I don't know who host it, meaning it's better to go to DDG or SP.
So what I suggest it : you should remove the disclaimer for SearXNG, put it at the beginning of the topic in bold-red for everyone to see.
You can say for SearXNG that the chain of trust is different, because you trust one guy, or a non-profit organization, or a few people. And for DDG and SP you trust a business.

I'm not sure I understand the issue here. I just read through the search engine page and all seems fine? SearXNG is just software, whereas the other listings are services, so to me it makes sense to have separate disclaimers.

Maybe you right, but I think we should at least put an orange box at the beginning of the page to insert the disclaimer text about the privacy policy

Can you provide an example of what the disclaimer would say? Or are you saying we should put greater emphasis on the preexisting disclaimer?

I disagree what we're saying is SearXNG instances may not even have a privacy policy, adhere to it, or could sell your data, they could do anything they like in production.

The recommendation is for the software itself not a specific instance, which is why there is no privacy policy button.
