Remove DNS Providers without anycast

Since we are not going around and recommending a bunch of DNS providers anyways, lets make sure that our recommendations are at least redundant. I suggest that we remove all providers which do not have anycast.

What is the advantage of anycast and why would providers without anycast be deleted?
That makes it sound like those are bad or something.

None from the privacy perspective, so removing a lot of good dns providers while leaving things like Cloudflare without any talks is pretty questionable. By the way, basically half of the currently recommended dns providers have logs.

Even if cloudflare was privacy friendly it would be terrible if all DNS traffic becomes managed by a very small amount of companies, especially if they are all located in a single country.
