For me the problem was autogenerated types using supabase cli. I Had to manually download file from the dashboard https://supabase.com/dashboard/project/_/api?page=tables-intro |

solution that worked for me (cli version 1.115.4) :Change the file encoding to UTF-8. Potential cause:I've noticed that the generated file encoding format is utf-16 LE, that causes the error. Its because PowerShell creates the generated file in utf-16, its not a supabase cli problem. FYI: |

Usually, this is not working when your project structure is wrong. I was able to fix it verifying if my directory structure is correct ( https://supabase.com/docs/guides/functions/quickstart#organizing-your-edge-functions |

Facing this same error looking to deploy an edge function, and realized I mistyped the name of the actual function itself. So, seems like this can be a very generic and open-ended error. Catch my error below, my function was named inpesction instead of inspection.Supabase CLI 1.115.5 |
