Thanks for the fast fix @johnnyblasta!
This works fine for the background icon but what about other icons with that class? The layers style icon also get a grey circle when you click that button after this change, which it shouldn't. Other function could use the same icon class. Maybe we should go for another solution?

Changed so that only icons in the legend background group is affected.
