Hello there! 👋

I'm Ørjan, a Norwegian UX designer and frontend developer with a background in interactive media design. My professional work these days involves a lot of React SPA development, using function components and hooks, which I think is a pretty fun way to work.

While I am not a regular at it, I sometimes speak at a few local tech conferences about UX design, frontend architecture, and what I feel is the value of having a designer-developer overlap when working frontend (architecture affecting user experience, technical limitations guiding design, etc.)

Currently really looking forward to when Container Queries gain broad support.

Outside of that, I enjoy mountain hikes and tabletop games.
