Auto init database from schema.

after v0.5.0, a cli tool could be used to init db.

orange store -t=mysql -d=orange -u=admin -p=123456 -o=init -f=/path/to/orange-v0.5.0.sql

orange store -h for more help about database operation.

@sumory I would update docker edition later.
