Basic example of Telegram echo bot, using FastAPI, telegram webhooks and deployed to deta.space.

Get Telegram bot token from @BotFather
Deploy to deta with space push (no local dev)
Set token in app configuration on Deta
Invoke /setup once to set the webhook url
Write something to bot, get samething in return
