We can either import sources from scratch or include changes as patches. The latter option might be preferable as it allows performing selective updates and simplify the release process.

bin/ddiskit: default src_dirs to module_build_dir when set

This makes sense with repeated prepare_sources cmd calls, when initial
config is already present.

* bin/ddiskit (cmd_prepare_sources): Initialise src_dirs variable with
spec_file.module_build_dir configuration option value when the former is
not set already.
* ddiskit.1 (.SS prepare_sources): Document the behaviour.
