Call ConEdison to have the account moved over to one of us. I'll put it in my name unless you have an explicit need to show somebody a utility bill in the coming months.

Billing is setup. Our electricity address is 159 Houston, but the mailing/billing address is 205 Allen. Both of those are listed on our account.
